Have you ever had a full day open to do all sorts of internet marketing work? Depending on your situation this could be everyday or just a couple days a week. I know that there are many days where I do not get as much done as I would have liked.
Fairly recently I came to the realization that if I don’t get going with my online business I might be stuck with a crappy entry level 9-5 job. That is NOT what I want. I love life way too much and I want to enjoy this beautiful world when I have the chance. This is why I need to succeed, and I will.
Anyway, I have really decided to pick up the pace. I am working non-stop on niche websites, free reports for my subscribers, this blog, and other stuff. All while getting an education and playing college basketball.
The point of this post is so I can explain to you how much scheduling and always completing your internet marketing work can increase your success. You might be thinking, “DUH, obviously I need to get my work done to succeed…”
Well, I know for a fact that countless numbers of internet marketers are held back simply by the fact that they don’t work hard on a consistent basis. You might even be one of these people J
The methods of scheduling and staying focused that I am about to tell you have worked extremely well for me personally.
Let’s say that there is a project you are trying to finish. We will use an article marketing campaign as an example.
First, you need to decide how many articles you are capable of writing each day. Let’s say you decide on three as a good number. This means that at a minimum, you NEED to write three articles each and every day. I think that setting a specific schedule for what you are going to get done for the day is great because you always know what you are getting in to. There are no surprises and you can stay much more focused.
But how can you stay motivated and not just skip a day when you feel like it?
The way that has worked best for me is that I don’t allow myself to do anything that I enjoy before my work is done (not that I don’t enjoy my work !). I really enjoy reading over at the Warrior Forum and occasionally posting and replying to other’s posts there.
I have created a rule that I cannot do any reading at the Warrior Forum until my work for the day is done. This creates a way for me to stay determined and have a reason to get my work done. Also, I do not let myself watch any TV before my work is done.
One more way that I make sure to get my work done is I make my wonderful girlfriend bother me about it. She is very cooperative and makes sure to ask me if I have done my work yet. You can do this too and it works very well!
This combination of scheduling and staying focused can increase the success of your internet marketing efforts dramatically. Since adopting this way of working, I have been much more productive.
Just thought that this might be able to help you out!

Email Marketing Strategy - This Could Help You...And It's Free!
I talk about email marketing pretty frequently on this blog for two main reasons. The first of these being that it is in my opinion the best way to make money online. The second reason is because it is the type of online business that I plan on making my full time income from within a few years.
I have spent many, many, MANY, hours researching email marketing and I have learned a ton of good stuff. About a month ago I thought, “Why not share my knowledge with people?”
This question to myself has lead to my Ultimate List Building Report. This report is totally free and details several different important aspects of email marketing. With this relatively short report, you can learn how to build, maintain, and profit from your email list.
I have bought many products online that are based around the subject of email marketing and to be honest quite a few of them don’t teach the right thing. I think that most marketers over-promote to their list. There are some marketers with whom I am subscribed that send me promotions literally every day. Do you think that is a good way to treat your precious list?
Out of ten promotional emails that arrive in my inbox, I might open one or two. But why?
Because the person sending it has not given me any benefit to joining their list! In my Ultimate List Building Report, you will learn how to keep your list happy. Keeping them happy means more money for you in the long run!
In the report I outline a really good strategy that balances free information and promotions. Also, with the information you get in my free report, you can learn how to profit more from a list of 2,000-3,000 subscribers than some marketers do with a list of 75,000-100,000.
I don’t want to sound like a broken record but the money is truly in the list! You cannot be a serious player in today’s internet marketing world without including email marketing in your business plan.
You can pick up my free report at www.UltimateListBuilders.com. Also, you can get it by subscribing to email updates from my blog!
Hope All Is Well With You! I'm really enjoying this internet marketing stuff :)

Niche Website Building - Can It Make Money?
Hello again!
In my never ending quest to make a career out of this online business stuff, I have come across many different methods for making money on the internet. As you may understand by reading some of my most recent blog posts about email marketing and email segmentation, this type of stuff is my current obsession.
Unfortunately, building and maintaining a list is not something that brings fast cash into my account. It is my goal to be making money from my email list exclusively within a couple of years.
With the slow process of seeing good results from my email marketing efforts, I am looking for something to bring in some money more quickly. I thought about doing some more article marketing but the ADHD part of me is coming out and I need something new. So….
I am starting a little experiment that I will keep you guys and gals updated on. I am building a website about a pretty small niche that has been getting more and more popular recently. I don’t want to tell you what it is though! Trying to keep that competition down, you know?
What I will be doing is building a simple html website and using basic SEO principles such as internal linking, anchor text, and other cool stuff. This website will contain one home page for a certain keyword which I am hoping to rank for on the first page of Google. There will be 10 other pages that will be based around 10 more keywords I am hoping to rank for.
In total this website will include 11 pages of content, at least to start. I am also making sure to have a very good internal linking structure to try to spread out whatever page rank I can get to all my pages. By the way…I am not an SEO expert, I actually learned some of what I know from a free report by internet marketer Josh Spaulding. You can get this same report for free by going to http://www.theeasyseoreport.com/.
As for monetizing this website…I haven’t really decided yet. I thought about doing Adsense but it just seems like it will take too long to make any decent income. As of right now I am leaning towards capturing emails with a free email course offer and then pitching a $7 report on my niche though a one-time-offer and then through an autoresponder email sequence.
My main focus right now, however, is to get this website some traffic and test my skills! Getting some good backlinks to it will be my challenge. To get backlinks and some good non-search engine traffic I will be using my own 30 Day Niche Domination Method, which you will be learning about in my next post!
Hope everything is well with all you internet marketers out there! Keep up the good work.

Use Email Segmentation - Don't Leave Money On The Table!
For quite some time now I have had an account over at AWeber.com. If you don’t know what AWeber is, it is simply a service that gives users the ability to create email lists, autoresponders, follow up messages to subscribers, and much more.
In my opinion, an account at AWeber is one of the only absolutely must-haves for every internet marketer.
I recently came across some information on a feature with AWeber that I had previously not used. This feature is email segmentation.
Email segmentation allows an email list owner to distinguish who has read, not read, and who has clicked on links within their emails. Just think about how effective of a tool this can be for an email marketer…
Think of it this way:
Say you send out an email promotion to your email list of 1000 subscribers. You wait for a couple of days after you send the email and check your stats to see that 500 people opened your email.
You would then make another message, and using the email segmentation features, send an email to only the people who did not open your first message. Essentially what you would want to do is change the title of your email to be more eye catching and enticing to the reader. They may have not been interested the first time, make them interested now!
You wait a day or two more and check your stats to find that 300 more people opened the email! These are 300 people who read your message that did not before. And you reached these people without bothering the 500 that already read your first email.
This one small feature just made hundreds or even thousands of extra dollars in sales!
This is awesome because you made more money without sending unnecessary emails and abusing your list. Keep in mind that this is only one option of the many that are available through the segmentation features at AWeber.
Just thought you might find that interesting…

Article Spinning - Can It Help Your Marketing Efforts?
Article spinning is something that I believe many internet marketers do not use to its full potential. I know what you are thinking, “Article spinning doesn’t work!”
You are probably thinking this because you have either signed up for a free spinner or actually paid some money for article spinning software.
Automatic article spinning software is not real. There is no such thing that can produce a quality enough article to actually use. I have tried many of these services and for the most part they just produce a jumble of words and incoherent sentences.
While looking for a way to produce more content efficiently, I came across a couple of services that allow you to spin an article on your own. This means that you come up with all of the word and phrase changes. While automatic article spinning is a joke, doing it yourself is a very realistic way to get huge amounts of unique content.
I spin articles all the time. I use a couple of different totally free services.
One of these is at www.JetSpinner.com and the other one is at www.SpinProfit.com. It usually takes me about 20-30 minutes to spin an article. In that time, I can turn one article into 10 unique articles pretty quickly.
If you are struggling to get enough content out there to make your marketing efforts worthwhile, I recommend doing this. Keep in mind that you won’t want to spin an article and submit more than one of the spins to one article directory or website. This will be frowned upon.
The best way to use this great tool is to spread your content all over the internet to many different websites. This can allow you to bypass the duplicate content filter (if you take the time to do a decent spin).
Just something to think about…
Take Care!

What Is Twitter? Social Networking On Steriods...
Today’s post will discuss an amazing source of free website traffic that until recently, I had never used. This traffic source I am talking about is Twitter. I remember hearing about this website a while back but I did not join. On a whim the other day I joined and I have been very encouraged by the results I have seen so far.
If you are looking to establish credibility in your niche Twitter is a great resource.
If you haven’t joined Twitter yet, I really suggest that you do so. It can be an amazing way to get huge amounts of free traffic and even find new customers or subscribers.
Have Fun! I'm sure I will have more about Twitter later on.
Twitter.com is a social networking website on steroids. It allows users to create a small profile and post micro-blog type posts. These posts need to be 140 characters or less.
As a user, you can follow people and hope that they will follow you back. Each time you update your status, your small post will be blasted across your network of followers. The more followers you have, the more traffic you will get!
In fact, you might be reading this blog post right now after finding it through my Twitter page!
The key to success on Twitter is finding people to follow that have the same interests as you. For example, if you are an internet marketer in the blogging niche, you should look for people who are interested in blogging. If you are looking to establish credibility in your niche Twitter is a great resource.

Email Marketing - Are You Doing It?
Email marketing is something that many thousands of internet marketers use as a tool every day. There are guys like Michael Rasmussen, who is my idol by the way, who rake in hundreds of thousands of dollars a year by simply writing email promotions.
Think about how awesome it would be to spend 20 minutes writing a promotional email, sending it to your list, and literally watching the cash roll in to your ClickBank account.
You may think that email marketing at this level would be impossible for you, but it really is not at all. These “gurus” of email marketing found a system that works and stuck to it. They worked hard to build their list and they are good at maintaining relationships.
I believe that email marketing is the absolute best way to make money on the internet. I get the feeling that many internet marketers do not do it because it does take a substantial amount of work at first.
Think of it this way…
Many IMers direct their readers to a landing page that features a review and a place to click to go to the product page. This is great and has worked for a long time, but the conversion rates are just not good enough for me.
A good landing page might convert at 2%-3%. So that means if you had 100 visitors click on your affiliate link, 2 or 3 might actually buy what you are trying to market to them.
What if out of those 100 potential customers you could capture 40-50 email addresses and market to them again and again? You could build a relationship with them and they would be more inclined to buy.
This is the idea that drew me into email marketing. If you have not yet tried this method of internet marketing, I highly suggest you do. Get an autoresponder account and start building your list!
I recommend AWeber because I have had really good experiences with it.
That’s it for today, there will be much more about email marketing and building a list in the future.
